Background and Professional Interests

Alexandria Darden is a third year doctoral student in the Behavioral Psychology Ph.D. program with an emphasis on Community Health and Development and Masters of Business Administration with an emphasis on Marketing through the School of Business at the University of Kansas.  Alexandria completed her undergraduate degree in Applied Behavioral Science and African American Studies at the University of Kansas.

Alexandria’s research interests include treatment and program evaluation, capacity-building for marginalized groups, enhancing substance use disorders/addiction treatment success, and improving conditions to promote successful health outcomes. She has experience in laboratory management, providing support for program evaluation, and completing data analysis for project initiatives.
